DAY FOUR: ANXIETY SPRING CLEANING SERIES

Also called Oceanic Breath, this practice helps to balance the cardiovascular system. Included benefits are more oxygen in the blood, and regulated blood pressure. The key to getting this technique right is to constrict the muscles in the back of the throat while you are breathing, as if you were fogging up your glasses.
